After paying 3 other roofing companies to repair an ongoing problem with our tile roof, I noticed the small ad for Morgan Roofing in the classified ads of the AZ Daily Star. The owner, Sean Morgan, came to inspect our roof within a few hours of my calling him. He was on the roof for over an hour and took many pictures of the roof's issues. He spent a lot of time explaining WHY these issues should be repaired and how he would do it--patiently re-explaining some parts I didn't understand. During the repair, Mr. Morgan was ON THE ROOF working with his employees THE WHOLE TIME. Mr. Morgan was punctual, arriving exactly at the time he said he would be there each day and worked a FULL day. If I was not home before he left for the day, he called every evening and told me what they had accomplished that day and what the plan was for the next day. Sean was prompt with estimate and material delivery. My roof was a two layer tear.off. His team cleaned up every day before leaving. Installation included pulling AC off to shingle and seal roof under the unit and repaired ducting leaving the unit. Sean briefed his crew and us after every days work for what was completed and what the plan was for the next day. Hard working crew. Roof details were done to perfection.
