We’ve worked with Cool Breeze over the years having them service our A/C and heater and have always received great service in a timely manner. They communicate effectively and quickly. This last service was a seasonal check on the A/C and Colt was wonderful to work with. Explained everything up front in a friendly and professional way. I was so impressed by the superior service provided by Juan G. from Cool Breeze. It was just a routine pre-summer A/C system check/maintenance, but Juan went above and beyond to really give the entire system a good look, and he provided explanations where needed. He also noticed something that had been incorrectly installed in the past, and he fixed it free of charge. These guys are so great! My 3 year old HVAC that they installed went out in 108 degree weather just this past weekend when I was out of town. I called and they were there in hours.
