Very good experience. Outstanding customer service from Ruben and his partner. They worked non stop to replace myHVAC unit. Ruben answered all of my questions quickly and was very knowledgeable. He took his time to explain how to work the thermostat and explained about the filter and the procedure that took place when they removed the cooler from my roof. Ruben has good enunciation, so it was a pleasure and a relief to be able to understand what he was saying when we were talking. He took his time to talk to me. A++ for Ruben and his partner.

Great company, very professional. Dan spent an hour at the house going over our questions/concerns and the options we had including the company's promos/offers and financing options during his FREE estimate inspection. Once install started everyone was very professional, courteous and clean, once they were done it looked as though they hadn't even been there. There was a scheduling conflict/miscommunication with their electrician and even so he showed up about 430-5pm and stayed for 2 hours or so to get all of the electrical done so the install could be finished the next day. They also provided a portable ac unit for us to use that night. Very impressed, would definitely recommend and use again. Services: Heating system installation, Install thermostat, Install AC

We called Parker & Sons because our upstairs unit was running all day and not running at optimum levels. Peter came out the same day and was very helpful. He assessed the system, reviewed the performance metrics of my old unit and talked to me about best options for me. We agreed on a solution and he got straight to work. He was done relatively quickly and showed me the performance metrics after. It was definitely better than before. Bottom line, this unit is over 24 years old.
