First time customer. Presuming the problem stays fixed, I would add quality & value. Was impressed with prompt, friendly & speedy response on the cusp of the next "heat dome" when our largest of 2 AC units stopped cooling. We are most grateful.
D&H responded quickly to my call, getting me scheduled for the next morning. The tech (Nyle) was knowledgeable, professional and did quick quality work, taking the time to explain the problem and most cost effective solution. Highly recommend!
We had a few days of rattling on our roof and thinking we would need a new unit. They were able to thankfully diagnose and repair our cooler. They explained everything as they went along so we know what was needed. They assured us we did not have to purchase a new air conditioner. We made the appointment the evening before and they showed up as planned. Honest and prompt. Great job!
