Placed aluminum siding on backwards causing water to be pushed towards the house instead of away. Did not seal joints correctly. Reported incorrect dates of work to avoid respecting their warranty of only 3 years (shortest in town, for a reason). MAV was recommended by our realtor. Julian came out for an estimate and was on time and very professional. Their estimate was by far the best we received. Unlike other companies, they actually listened to what I asked them to do and recommended additional necessary repairs. Scheduling was easy and they offered to come out sooner than expected when they had a last minute opening. They were on time, did quality work, cleaned up like they weren't even there, and I was impressed with the job. Miguel, the owner, even called to make sure I was satisfied.
