More than 5 hours to deliver a half trailer, a big mess inside , loaded pallets all over , I don’t know why they are still receiving products. Even 2 pallets , they may not find a location to stock it .

The windows did not arrive at warehouse at the anticipated time and delayed the installation. Initially, the regional manager stated that the windows can not be installed until the following week. I have security bars and struggled to have my handyman take them off, then put them back on again because my neighborhood is not the most secure. When I explained this to the regional manager, he arranged to have the windows installed the next day WITHOUT communicating to me and WITHOUT my consent. He also promised me $350 off the contract price for my out of pocket expenses but only gave me $200 because he stated he managed to have the windows installed the next day even through it was WITHOUT my consent and did not care to schedule an appointment with me. I am a middle school teacher and this is all occurred during the last day of school which impacted my job duties.

Just chaos...I called first, and that added about 20 minutes to my visit because I never got to speak to anyone that could help. I understand that we're all going through a pandemic, and retail during holiday season is never pretty, but come on!
