They scheduled an appointment on a Saturday and when it was clear that my hot water heater needed to be replaced they were able to get me on the calendar for a replacement in less than 48 hours. My repairman was Cristian. He contacted to tell me he was running late, which I much appreciated. When he arrived, he was courteous and well-spoken. After he finished cleaning out my sewer line, he raked back the mulch that covered the access and put the rake back in my garage. It was nearly 9:00 at night! I was very impressed with his patience in talking about my problem and very happy with this experience!
