So grateful to have found a reliable and efficient company that we can count on to tackle any work we ask of them. I began using Odds N Ends in the summer of 2020. I had good experiences with their work and spent over $1000 with them & always tipped the workers. Unfortunately they have lost my business forever. On 1/24/22 I sent detailed photos of an astroturf project (see attached) that the admin scheduler assured me they could do. It involved re-laying of turf. She even mentioned that after looking at the photos no one needed to stop by before to estimate or look at the job.The date was scheduled for a week and a half later. Cut to today when Alex and crew arrived, decided they couldn’t do the job — and instead of talking or leaving a message they just left the site and left me hanging. Stating it’s “a little out of their scope” Now I am in a complete crunch scrambling to find someone else before I host my mothers memorial in the backyard. To leave a long term customer hanging like this because “it’s a little outside of their scope“ is very unprofessional.

Short version: these guys are great! Extended version: these guys (in alphabetical order: Alex, Heather, Mohammad) provide everything one would expect from a service: flawless communication, timely delivery, follow through, fair pricing. Sprinkled with a lot of flexibility and good will. I needed them for (a blip-load of) trash removal. They performed. Because this small and tightly knit business offers quite a variety of services besides trash removal, am confident that any of the jobs listed on their website is carried out with the same professionalism I had the joy of experiencing. If you need help in Tucson, and if that help is in their sphere of activity, do not think twice; hire them. You’ll get the bang you expect for your buck.
