These guys were great. They were the most affordable out of the quotes we got to coat our roof, and it came with a 5 year warranty. They also fixed our cracked skylights. When the kind of skylight they brought didn't fit, they came back the next business day and installed the correct ones with no hassle to us. We're very happy with their work.

I have used Roof Coating Specialist since my roof was damaged by a hail storm in 2005 and continued to use them for periodic roof coating. They have always provided quality and lasting work and great customer service. They respond timely and provide a great 5 year warranty for their work at reasonable price. Even nearly half way through the last year of the warranty when potential issues were found, while on the roof during a heat-pump inspection, the RCS team was quick to respond to my request for warranty service and took care of all concerns.
