I had this company come to unclog a toilet. The first guy, Steve, used an auger for 1 minute and declared it fixed for $170. Two days later, the toilet would not flush again. I asked them to come back via their 3 day guarantee and a more helpful and neater guy unclogged and flushed it about12 times but the clog was back the next day. I called and Steve came back again and spent less than a minute and dripped all over the floor unapologetically. Both guys insisted that its not an issue in the pipe or lateral. The clog was back the next day but I called another company. Service: Drain cleaning

I've used Professional twice and was very impressed on both occasions. When we awoke to a flooded house one morning, they were very fast to respond to a leaking water heater and it was repaired within a couple hours, even though the tech had to leave the house to purchase a part. The second time I hired them was to diagnose and repair a pesky stench that had been plaguing our house for months. The tech systematically went through the area, which included a water heater, bathroom, and washer/dryer, eliminating potential sources of the stench until he found a leaking seal at the base of our toilet. He spent a good amount of time replacing the seal and refurbishing the poorly-flushing toilet. The smell is now gone and the toilet is working better than ever.
