Highly recommend Rincon. My 25-year-old HVAC system failed on one of the coldest mornings of the year. The company I had been using did not come through. I called RIncon and they sent a tech that afternoon, got the system going and kept it running until could install a new unit (this was during the holidays). Installation was very smooth. After another local HVAC company forgot about our appointment, we called Rincon AC, and are we glad we did! Our AC went out in July and Rincon was able to send a tech over within an hour, and have our unit back up and running. Not only that, but the service tech was friendly and thoroughly explained what went wrong. Great customer service, and responsiveness during their busiest time of year.
