Response Crew Handyman

Although they were able to assemble the furniture, I would not use this company again. I need a real handyman company for home repairs and their list of services is small, which is surprising to me. They state on their website that they do electrical work, but when I called them, that's not exactly true. I needed some very minor electrical work to get a thermostat installed and the transformer for the doorbell fixed and they told me that's not something they can do. I thought maybe there was a misunderstanding so I tried to explain in more detail that it's probably just a broken wire somewhere. However, Response Crew seemed confused and eventually said they can't do the work. At this point it no longer mattered to me if they really can do the work or not, this whole conversation with them made me very uncomfortable. I already have a challenge with the broken wires and I don't need another challenge with the handyman request. I need the handyman to be the solution, not the problem. So n
