I think the owners work answering the phones, They are very rude. They do good work but the office people are rude. Wouldn’t recommend.
Bert's was able to make an appointment for two days after I called. They were able to be earlier than expected on the day scheduled. The total time the tech worked was just over an hour and he quickly diagnosed the issue and got it fixed. And it was very affordable. The tech wore a mask per my request and was both friendly to me and my dog. Turns out a breaker just needed to be upgraded. Thanks to Bert's my AC will be working strong for a long time.
Staff was friendly, and that runner guy is hot!!!
