I was so happy with Silverado Plumbing. Their prices were so much lower than the competition and the service was excellent. I had a bad septic issue and they responded right away, came every day until it was fixed, and the workers were respectful of my property, time, and did great work. Gabriel A. with Silverado was the third technician we called to come out and give us a proposal on a new install of a new water heater. He was professional and represented the company very well. From the first call to the completion of the install, everyone was very pleasant to deal with. The proposal was great and I needed the job completed on a particular day and I had requested Gabriel to also complete the install, the office had mentioned he was off the day I requested and due to time restraints I told them I was okay with anyone they sent out. I was extremely happy and surprised when I opened the door that morning to see Gabriel standing there. I said, they told me you were off today and he replied, "the office had mentioned I had requested him" and so he came in on his day off to install my unit! Not many would do that.
