Every time a technician from Tailored Mechanical (TM) comes for my regular quarterly maintenance, I am reminded how happy I am to have gone with a small, local company. They are always on time and have the most pleasant, professional manner. Scarlett has been super helpful every time I have called TM. (She even has texted me after work hours to help me with a scheduling issue!). It speaks volumes that the same people show up at my house year after year; that shows loyalty to TM which in turn indicates a great working environment for the employees. They installed my water softener and did a great job reworking the plumbing to make it happen. Knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Would definitely work with them again
