Diamondback Roofing did an amazing job repairing what was needed on my roof. Jose personally came to do the inspection, and made sure to go through what repairs the roof needed with me. Also, their customer service is wonderful! Stacey and Elisa are a great team, making sure that everyone is taken care of in a timely manner.
We hired Diamondback roofing for a complete re roofing to our 20 year old home in December 2022. They came within 1 week of the initial contact and we were really impressed with how organized they were. They were done in a day and a half. On day one, old roof was removed by about 5 workers, next day while they were up there a truck delivered new materials and placed them up on the roof and the guys started laying the new shingles. They laid plastic on the ground to catch nails and debris and ran a magnet afterward to control any chance of us getting nails in our tires. Very organized, very professional, and cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend Diamondback roofing. Service: Roof installation
I was hesitant to place this review until we had at least some rainfall to verify the work performed by Diamondback Roofing. As everyone knows, the Tucson area has had a ton of rainfall this summer and am happy now to post this review. We had our concrete tile roof underlayment replaced in late April of this year. Our experience with Jose and his team was very satisfying. His crew was very efficient and worked very hard. Jose was very responsive in discussing all the project details and options and inspected the roof afterwards. He also recoated the flat portion of the garage roof as an extra nicety. I found his office personnel very responsive and supportive. I obtained quotes from a few other roofing companies. Their prices were either higher or their work approach in doing the project was unacceptable (i.e. no batten boards, etc.). I determined Diamondback was the right choice and it proved out as such.
