I had them replace my roof about 3 yrs ago. The did a great job. I called a 2 weeks ago and they came out for an estimate to Cool Coat the roof as regular maintennence. They were supposed to e-mail the estimate. Tomorrow will be 2 weeks and they haven't e-mailed or called. I refuse to chase them down to give them a job that they will make about $2,000.00 on. While I was satisfied with the roof replacement, I am disappointed with their lack of caring and professionalism. I will not be calling them in the future. Service: Roof repair

I had a new roof put in 2014 by this company. I replaced my roof preventively never had a leak. The first rain after the roof was done I had a wet spot on my ceiling in the dining area. I called the company and they came out and repaired it. Mind you this was their error. After the repair was completed I still had a wet stain on my dining room ceiling. I asked if they could address this as it was a result of the job that was done. They sent someone out and they did a shotty job and the texture popcorn used was whiter than the ceiling. This leads me to todays email. With all the rain that we have had the wet spot has come back right where the white stain is from the shotty job done previously. I called the company and was told that I am out of my Warranty period and they will not fix it again. They can have someone come out and give me an estimate and I can pay someone to fix it. Why would I pay someone to come out when the job was not done correctly from the beginning. Very disappoint

They did an awesome job on my roof. From bidding to clean up well done. The crew that worked on my roof were a close knit team and worked very well together. They were a joy to have on the premises. They didn't mind that I kept climbing the ladder to watch the progress. I have never seen a company do such a thorough job with flashing and sealing the flashing. These guys are not laborers, they are skilled craftsmen. A satisfying experience for this homeowner.
