Called Big Blue Plumbing to check out a 2nd floor toilet that was leaking onto our first floor ceiling and they were able to send someone the same day. When Nate arrived we also asked him to look at our kitchen sink pipes. He was friendly and clearly knowledgeable. He explained everything and gave us different options to consider for fixing the issues. He fixed everything in just a few hours and we couldn’t be more pleased. George and his partner Augustin are arguably the two best plumbers in Big Blue’s employ. They were punctual, friendly, knowledgeable and highly skilled professionals. They worked as a team to complete a series of plumbing tasks in my home. They are top notch fellows; the kind of guys you’d want at your family’s backyard barbecue. Both gentlemen took great care in putting on surgeon’s booties before entering my house and were extremely respectful of my dog and children. They communicated with me at every step of the project and did an outstanding job of cleaning up when they finished. Big Blue is my go to company for plumbing. You can’t do any better than the dynamic duo of George and Augustin, brute strength and know-how.
