Giovanni from Big Blue Plumbing was amazing — punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable. Not only did he fix our pipe issues promptly, he also explained what he was doing so that we could fix the issue ourselves in the future. We wish more service was of this caliber. Called Big Blue Plumbing to check out a 2nd floor toilet that was leaking onto our first floor ceiling and they were able to send someone the same day. When Nate arrived we also asked him to look at our kitchen sink pipes. He was friendly and clearly knowledgeable. He explained everything and gave us different options to consider for fixing the issues. He fixed everything in just a few hours and we couldn’t be more pleased.
