Andres spent at least an hour here for my yearly furnace check and maintenance. He was extremely helpful and informative. He even showed me what filters to buy online for the future and he left me a new filter for me to use next time I have to replace my filter. I asked him if you clean air ducts and he said you replace them because trying to clean them may cause them to tear. He then proceeded to check all my air ducts and he took pictures of them to show to his boss to get an estimate of what it would cost to replace them. Jorge Cardenas first contacted us in February 2020 asking if we needed maintenance on our HVAC system. We decided that would be a good idea, and Jorge scheduled a service appointment for us. As soon as the company's technician walked through the door he realized we had a BIG problem. Turns out rats had invaded our attic, had chewed holes through the ductwork, and were living INSIDE our HVAC ducting! AHHHH!!!!!
