Called them out to clear a drain of ours that has been cleared before by us or other plumbers. Called Scott English this time because of the 49.99 drain cleaning special. Our 25 foot plumbing snake we own did not fixed it this time. A plumber from Scott English came out and looked at the situation and tried to fix it with the 25 foot snake he had and it did not work. He said that was the biggest plumbing snake he had in his truck. My husband even told him he tried that and that did not work before the plumber started. The plumber tried to sell a service they offer for 600.00. It’s called a hydro blast. We are not in the place right now to do that so my husband said no thank you and gave him a check for 49.99. He did not fix the problem so we called another plumber who was able to snake the pipes with a 75ft machine no problem. If you want his number let me know. He did not try to sell us anything. Just fixed the problem. We will never use Scott English plumbing ever again. I
