Our new AC unit failed. Einstein was available to come quickly, and diagnosed it as a seized motor. They did not do the installation, but were willing to handle the warranty claim with the mfger and came back to do the repair when the part came in. The $60 diagnostic charge went toward the repair work and we're back up and running. Elan was a great person to work with, communication from the office was good, and their online invoicing works smooth and fast. Service: A/C system repair
