Called this business because it was the weekend and both toilets and showers were stopped up. They showed up and after trying to unclog them told us that the pipes were old and rusty and needed to be replaced. After getting over the shock of how much it was gonna cost we decided to go ahead and have the sewer system replaced. Edgar, the head guy, got to work right away and we had no problems or complications. The job was done professionally and quickly. The only bad part was having to wait for the city to come and do their inspection of the work. Overall it was a good and comforting experience with Edgar stopping and answering all my questions. My kitchen sink was backing up and I called Rooter Man. They have done a variety of repairs at my house over the last few years (including major work on the sewage/drainage system). I really appreciate the great communication with updates and schedule changes. Prior to doing any work, they always give a detailed report, estimate and timing/scheduling and then a complete report of everything that was done to correct all issues. Jorge was my service professional today, he rectified the issue, did a great job, and luckily, it was covered by my warranty. My first call with any plumbing issue will always be to Rooter Man.
