Moved into a new property. There was a drainage issue with toilet and shower. They showed up. Though they advertise 88 to clear drain, they billed us 900. Couple weeks later the water was not draining in the shower. Called them back. Someone came back out the next day and they would not resnake the drain as we wanted. They instead quoted $9,000 to clear the line in a different way. Can you imagine? DO NOT USE THEM. They bait you with the fixed rate to clear a drain. They come out and do the work without giving you an estimate then they give you the bill. AND the quality of the work is not guaranteed to last more than a week or two. I called twice & both of the ladies that helped me out were kind and professional. I know there are a lot of bad reviews, but my experience was great. The plumber who came to my house was nice too. In the end there was some miscommunication and my tenants weren’t home when we had asked them to be. The plumber (unfortunately didn’t get his name) was understanding and even offered to come back(I didn’t end up calling him back). There were no charges or fees for the inconvenience on my end which I really appreciated. Service: Drain cleaning
