Moved into a new property. There was a drainage issue with toilet and shower. They showed up. Though they advertise 88 to clear drain, they billed us 900. Couple weeks later the water was not draining in the shower. Called them back. Someone came back out the next day and they would not resnake the drain as we wanted. They instead quoted $9,000 to clear the line in a different way. Can you imagine? DO NOT USE THEM. They bait you with the fixed rate to clear a drain. They come out and do the work without giving you an estimate then they give you the bill. AND the quality of the work is not guaranteed to last more than a week or two. Called the office and explained the main drain stoppage and had the crew on site in just a few hours. The technician, Uriel-tech no. 8277, diagnosed the problem quickly and after some conversation, we agreed to add a main drain clean-out access at the front of the house. This would allow cleaning and video access to all of the main lines as I was concerned about root intrusion in my sixty year old house. The main runs under a large pine tree in the front yard.
