Called them to replace a leaky drain in our kitchen sink. We told them to replace all the plumbing. We paid around $400 which at retail probably cost around $50. They guaranteed the work for 1 year. The next day we found it was still leaking but in a new place. We called them back and the plumber said keep an eye on it and if it's still leaking we should replace some other parts. Are you kidding me?!?!?!

Called the office and explained the main drain stoppage and had the crew on site in just a few hours. The technician, Uriel-tech no. 8277, diagnosed the problem quickly and after some conversation, we agreed to add a main drain clean-out access at the front of the house. This would allow cleaning and video access to all of the main lines as I was concerned about root intrusion in my sixty year old house. The main runs under a large pine tree in the front yard.
