I'm very happy that I choose Mr. Rooter to come to my house to fix the issues I had with a leaking shower head and a slow draining kitchen sink. First off, the technician showed up on time. That doesn't happen every often now a days. Took the time to listen to what my problem was. After he was able to diagnose the problem quickly and explain my options. The technician was able to do the fix for the kitchen sink that day, but the shower had more issues the valve that was installed was stripped, so it needed to be replaced. As always there are unexpected things that go wrong, the set screw for the handle had to be drilled out. So, the handle had to be replaced. I called the dispatcher about the status of the order late in the afternoon, he checked and at the same time sent a technician (Ismael) to verify the part was correct. We had David at our house today because our pot filler was leaking. Turns out it was our pressure regulator. He got it taken care of and will be back to install a new pot filler end of week. He was good at communicating with us what needed to be done. Thanks!

Actually. It went cleared when Mr Rooter Came by.. due to the my effort buying stuff from the Home Depot.. I tried to use Drains gel and 3feet toilet drain gadget.. So Mr rooter will help us our other problem ..shower head and leaking problem.. We paid $89 & he promise to reimburse of $89 when he finished showroom problem.
