They return my texts and calls quickly, and MAX, the technician showed up the very next day. He is polite, and cheerful. Max quickly went to work. While cleaning and checking my AC, he explained clearly what condition of my AC was and what I should do to keep it running. His explanations just like music to my ears such as your AC is still pretty good, very cool, it just needs a bit of TLC and it's good to go.
