Stop searching the internet for HVAC companies and just give these guys a call, seriously. You will thank me for it. My A/C started short cycling and after trying to self-fix/diagnose, I couldn't get it figured out although I had some clues. I called Next Level on a Monday morning thinking it will take a day or two for them to come out but I was pleasantly surprised when they booked me for an appointment SAME DAY and Daniel Reilly was at my door within a few hours, on-time. After diagnosing the issue for a few minutes, Daniel let me know I was having a drainage issue which is one thing I had suspected. He even checked condenser pressure/refrigerant levels and all was good there so he proceeded to clear the drain and I was back up and running within an hour! After years of neglected, I need a tuneup for my AC and I found Next Level Heating & Cooling company on Google. They return my texts and calls quickly, and MAX, the technician showed up the very next day. He is polite, and cheerful. Max quickly went to work. While cleaning and checking my AC, he explained clearly what condition of my AC was and what I should do to keep it running. His explanations just like music to my ears such as your AC is still pretty good, very cool, it just needs a bit of TLC and it's good to go. I changed the filter thinking it would be good during this heat wave and later on my wife asked why I didn’t turn the thermostat back on which I knew I did. Took off the thermostat and found the batteries were corroded so replaced them with new batteries. Unfortunately this didn’t help and the house was becoming warmer. After calling the company that installed the HVAC and was told it be about a week, called Next Level and was told a technician would be there in a couple of hours. When the technician was on his way, I was able to track his progress on my phone as he neared the house. Max showed up ready to check out the problem and after running tests, he said the covering door on the HVAC was not put back correctly. Also, he said the unit was low on coolant. So I told him to add more coolant and now the house is cool again. And I notice the fan is now running quieter. Service: HVAC system maintenance
