Veteran Air

Scheduled an appointment for 2 weeks in advance for maintenance. The friendly, courteous and still professional call staff was refreshing! The text notifications from the company were timely and much appreciated. I was impressed by the company providing a picture of the scheduled technician, so I knew who to expect. Angel called ahead and arrived an hour earlier than what was scheduled, which was excellent as it was 84 degrees in the house. Angel was methodical in his inspection process of both the house furnace and AC unit, allowing me to watch and gain an education on AC owner maintenance. Angel worked overtime to throughly inspect our system and determined I would need new units. Since I am hosting several people in 8 days for my husband's funeral, Angel knew the timing to get this fixed was important. He offered to personally discuss with his manager tomorrow to get a project manager out tomorrow to assess things. I am thankful for their skills and customer service. I look forward

These guys are such a breath of fresh air! Mike installed a new system and ducting for us about 8 years ago and are always there for us when needed and are always so pleasant to work with. Carlos came out today after we had a problem, diagnosed the problem immediately and found that it is still under warranty and will not be a cost for us. He took his time to fix what he could in the meantime (while we wait for the warranty stuff) and I am sitting in my very cool home right now. You guys are all such a blessing! I had a great experience with Christian at Veteran Air in Anaheim Hills. From the start, he was approachable and took the time to thoroughly explain the status of our older AC unit and the Freon situation. We had a hole in a pipe that resulted in a leak over time. He offered a few solutions to repair vs a complete reinstall which is expensive this time of year (July). Veteran Air’s prices were extremely reasonable and much lower than the first company we had look at our AC - they quoted over $20,000 for a new unit and never told us of the leak or repair option. Despite the heat wave, Christian even went into our attic just to ensure he provided us with the best advice possible! We wholeheartedly trusted his expertise and I would highly recommended.
