Michael AC technician came out on short notice to help disconnect HVAC unit. Super polite, knowledgeable and helpful. He quickly got to work in an organized fashion to disconnect our unit and meanwhile diagnosed some potential issues with a 15 yr old unit. Shrink wrapped and stowed my unit in prep for other construction prior to reconnection. Thanks a bunch for your help and professionalism!
Now that Ramco has me on a regular maintenance schedule, none of my equipment has broken down or been out of commission during my busy (even during Covid) summer season. Such a stress reliever!
