Had an emergency very late one night and they were here within the hour to fix it!
I was recommended by hoshizaki ice machine company as a service center. I sent a email 1 week ago, and no-one responded at all. I left two times voice mails, and no one called me back. I called third time, and the representative said that we have no longer take a new customer service because we are too busy to take a new customer. Dose this company good in commonsense? I will ask the hoshizaki to remove this service center in ca for sure.
Now that Ramco has me on a regular maintenance schedule, none of my equipment has broken down or been out of commission during my busy (even during Covid) summer season. Such a stress reliever! I would recommend this plan to any restaurant manager/owner! Services: HVAC system maintenance, A/C system maintenance
