Our Insurance company required all eaves to be covered with fire resistant Hardi Boards to continue our fire insurance coverage. From the minute I spoke with the office, to speaking with Ever Diaz the Sales Rep of the company, and from the scheduling of the house visit, the proposal of the job, and the huge completion of our home project was excellent and smooth. Such a great team at Top Roofing. From our initial phone call for an estimate, to the actual roof being completed, everything was seamless. It began with Amy, the office manager, scheduling an estimate with the owner Jose. He came out, did measurements and provided a multi-page quote that evening. The price was very fair and included the permits and inspections necessary. The on-site project coordinator was Nestor, and he was top notch providing ongoing info as the work was completed. The workers were very professional and tidy. Even our neighbors commented to us how well they cleaned up after every work day.
