Team Rooter replaced our 40-year-old storm drain. Jacob Yoab responded to our initial call for a free estimate to clean out our storm drain. He was engaging, clear, focused … a total professional. The estimate arrived as promised. By the time he left we knew we’d hire him. However, life intervened and we had to put the job on the back burner of our To-Do list. Couple months later Mother Nature decided we could no longer wait. Storm season began. We called Ashley/Annie to arrange for service. A busy time. Hard to fit us in but they did. Ultimately, the drain had deteriorated beyond repair and required replacement. Over the next few days Louis, Carlos & Victor replaced the drain and returned the yard to its former beauty. The respect, clear and frequent communication and upbeat attitude from the entire team went a long way in keeping things moving smoothly.
