Orlando, Jacob and the crew came out to repair some clogs we had in out front yard. The project ended up being astronomically biggger than we initially conceived but the crew kept me in the loop at every stage of work. They were extremely kind, professional, amicable and honest. I didn't feel deceived when things came up and trusted them completely at the first sign of trouble. They ended up also installing and supplying a water heater a day after we requested one. They were also communicative and reliable and came to help at the drop of a hat. I don't think I'll trust anyone other than these boys with my plumbing, heating and other issues around the house. I called Team Rooter and they sent Jacob to give me an estimate for a sewer line replacement and lateral sewer lining. Jacob took the time to explain the process to me and the crew started the next day. Ruben was the lead on my project and he was very knowledgeable, personable and respectful of my property and worked nonstop as did Oscar.
