BEWARE!!! LIARS AND THIEVES!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! If I could give them zero stars I would! Told us $4000 in parts alone were bad and then took our parts without our knowledge or permission. After days without water we had to go to their house (they no longer have a shop, don’t let them lie to you about that either. The phone numbers are forwarded to cell phones) to get our parts back. Got a 2nd opinion. The parts they took were actually good and our well issue was able to be fixed for $1000 including labor within hours that same day. Not to mention none of the parts they said were bad were even the issue. We have now heard they go around town taking good parts from people by telling them they are bad and then reselling them to others. (This is only one of the many scams they are running on people) ABSOLUTELY DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! THEY HAVE NOW BEEN BANNED FROM GETTING PARTS FROM THE LOCAL SUPPLY STORE!!!
Worst company I have ever dealt with!!! Used parts, contaminated well, no contract, "techs" with no knowledge, experience, motivation, or even a work plan. When you talk to Ron Dearman about it, he delivers excuses and lies. Then he stops answering calls from your number and his employees numbers. He will not show up to scheduled meetings. He will however continue trying to collect more money!!!! Ron Dearman sends employees out to stand around then wants to bill $190 an hour for each standing person! CSLB Arbitration is finally over. I have been granted an award. This was a long process that took over a year. Not sure if CSLB Arbitration was the best route to have gone, other than it is now in their system that there is a judgement against him, and if he doesn't fulfill this judgement there could finally be disciplinary action on his license. If I had known the process and "formula" that is used through this process I may have chosen a Civil Court route. Arbitration is over the ph
Absolutely awful, way expensive, one of the guys backed into my water faucet and broke it admitted it then turned around and said I didn't need it anyway. Then said he didn't do it.we had to dig and find the whole where it was leaking and had to shut the water off for a week all the time being told he would be here soon. Never showed. The job stretch out for days showing up when ever and mostly working for a short time and blaming the boss for it. Very unprofessional and to top it off disrespectful filthy language at the time he was here. Will never use Dearman pump again
