I cannot say enough good things about Gilmore! During the hottest heat wave, my AC unit decided to die and we were desperately looking for relief. Gilmore came to the rescue! Yes, it was a hefty financial investment, but Sean found me a lot of rebates so it was a lot more doable for me as a single mom. Shelly and Cassidy in the office are absolutely as sweet and caring as can be! When I signed the paperwork, Gilmore was out to me the very next morning. Not even 24 hrs after!!!! Now that’s what I call at your service customer service! I was in awe of the production of the team that was put together for my install. Everyone- Gaven, Jeff, Jesus, Kenny and Larry and Jake- I cannot thank you guys enough for being patient, professional, courteous and just wonderful. I placed a service call for a malfunctioning whole house air conditioning system. The customer support taking the first call was extraordinary! Very patient with my explanations, helpful and understanding. I believe it was either Becky or Bonnie, sorry, and I am not sure whether I remember the name correctly. The notifications before the technician arrival were very helpful to position ourselves accordingly. The technician Carson Fox responding to the service call was very professional, knowledgeable and polite. He explained everything as he went along with the process. He worked taking safety as the priority number one! We are now set for any upcoming heatwave. We thank you Gilmore team for your excellence! ????
