Gilmore Heating, Air and Plumbing

Asked for service to fix noisy blower motor in HVAC. Service charge was $189 and the estimate to replace was in excess of $10,000. Elected not to accept this and called another company. They came and oiled the motor (old motor without sealed bearings) for $163 service fee. System is quiet as a mouse now. Also, their estimate to replace motor when necessary is $800. At best, I feel the Gilmore tech is not competent. At worst ............ left unsaid. I'd actually like my $189 back.

Jason H is very knowledgeable , professional and friendly as always. Jason fixed my unit twice this summer and it has worked well since. This is the 3 rd unit that Gilmore has installed in the last 33 years so I would not consider doing business with anyone else. Jason H is so knowledgeable about this unit I would like to have him registered as my all time technician if that is possible? . Thank you for the great job as usual…… Bill hopkins ???????? Great service. Called for a zone airflow issue and Greg R. from Gilmore gave excellent customer service. Greg verified the issue and was very good at explaining the cause. After getting the necessary parts and fixing the issue, Greg performed a full check of our zones airflow and then of our entire system to make sure it was working to spec. Later, he presented a report of what was done with visuals (pictures) and sent a copy of the report with the visuals digitally for record keeping. Greg wanted to make sure we were satisfied with the report and wanted to make sure all of our questions were answered. His willingness to listen and to make sure we had all our questions answered made the service experience that much better. Gilmore has always provided us with good service and continues to do so.
