Rylan and his fellow workers were excellent. They had a tough job ahead - to remove my water heater which is in a bathroom closet with an HVAC system right next to it. A tight squeeze that they managed to pull off well. I was impressed by their efficiency and professionalism. Bonnie was the call-taker; she was very patient and helpful. I could tell she was having a rough day dealing with unruly customers before me, yet she didn’t let that affect the way she communicated and tended to my needs. Shane was the serviceman, who responded to my home. He diagnosed the problem within minutes, fixed it within minutes, and took another extra minute to function test the system and perform quick maintenance. I write this like it’s extraordinary, but this is normal for Gilmore and has been consistently for years. The BEST!
