I got referred to High Performance Heating and Air by my friend who uses them for some time and was very impressed with their services. Unlike other services I tried to contact for help and did not get to hear from them for days, Alex returned my call in an hour and discussed my issue and we agreed on plan of action. Despite being busy with a lot of work after first hot days in Sacramento, he found a time slot and sent technician to my home in time convenient for me, and in 30 minutes problem was solved (burnt fuse in control board )! Alex called me after technician left to make sure issue was corrected and I was satisfied with his services. I am planning to use Alex’s company for any heating or cooling services going forward.
