I had an emergency over the weekend, the pilot light went out on my water heater. For the life of me, I could not get it to turn on. I called CalTek, they were able to send someone out the same day. At first Rudy said he would not be able to fix it, as the model was discontinued and parts were hard to find. But he did it! He was able to get the pilot light on, and within 45 minutes, I had hot water. I know lighting a pilot light looks easy but there was no way I could do it, he had to remove more than just the casing, refit the wires to get a better connection. Thank you Rudy!!
