We had a leak from our ceiling in our kitchen. After 3 companies sent technicians which covered 3-4 weeks of time. No one had an answer. We had a leaking kitchen faucet that was replaced by U.S. Plumbing and Rooter Inc.in Antioch, CA. While replacing the faucet they turned off our reverse osmosis system. When we couldn't use our filtration system to drink from, we called the plumber back. They said they would come back to turn the system back on, but never did. We kept calling but they never called us back or showed up. We then called First American to explain what happened. FA told us the plumber told them they did not turn the water system off. How can that be?? The system was working just fine before they replaced the faucet!!! After a week with no drinking water at home (had to purchase bottle water for 6 people for a week), I finally called the company that installed the reverse osmosis system. They came out within 2 hours and turned the system back on. They confirmed that the plumber had absolutely turned the water off while installing the faucet. NO other explanation.
