Rooter Hero Plumbing & Air

Had a coupon to use Rooter Hero for my poor old house. Thankfully, it was quick and easy. My service technician was Chase, who was awesome. He came by in my service window, and was friendly and helpful. He cleared my plumbing lines and cleaned up after the work. Would definitely use them again.

All of a sudden our toilet backed up. We only have one and I wasn’t sure what to do so I relied on reviews and decided to try Rooter Hero. Being it was Sunday I didn’t know if we would be able to get it fixed. They answered the phone right away, took my information and said they would get right back to me. Within 10 minutes I got a call informing me that Blake would be my technician and he would call when he was on his way. They indicated he had other jobs first. Maybe two hours later Blake called and said he would be about 15 minutes and he was. He was very knowledgeable about the problem, had it fixed within 15 minutes. I considered the cost to be very reasonable. I will be calling them again whenever I have a plumbing issue.

Michael was wonderful. The call was my autistic son’s apartment and wasn’t sure he get home in time. Michael called and kindly waited for me drive there as I was close. So very kind (and professional). I will your company and recommend you to others.
