Had a leak in my kitchen, so I called for leak detection service. They were nice, came out fairly quickly, I think it was next day or two. Their team members came out, did their work, and their final assessment was a slab leak on the hot water line underground. Their recommendation was to repipe the whole house, moving pipes form underground in to the walls. Not knowing any better, I said sure, send me a full quote so I can get my insurance involved. After receiving an initial quote for the repair, I had to follow up multiple times, at least 1-2 times a week before I finally gave up. Never received a call back to schedule the work. This was the extent of the services they provided. I ended up having to call a different plumbing company ("Plumbing Company B"). I told "Plumbing Company B" I had a slab leak, but they wanted to come out and perform their own leak detection. I said sure. Had sewer connection from house to street scoped and diagnosed with a sag just past the house, before it drops into a sharp slope. This was causing an intermittent backup. Joel arrived a little early, allowed me to haver and ask questions while he scoped the line and told me how I could fix it myself, if I choose to. Very friendly and courteous service and very responsive to inquiry sent same morning. Will recommend Service Pros Plumbers and use them again if needed.

They were very courtsous, professional, and took all the care to protect my new floor. Other places were charging me for the estimate and for the tarp. These companies seem only interested in money and not giving quality of service.
