Wonderful experience!! Justin was on-time, courteous, professional, very detailed in his explanation of what needed to be done to get my air conditioning working in optimal capacity. Vincent Vargas was our technician, he was extraordinarily professional, kind and took the time to explain everything to us. We were very happy with his service as he is fantastic at building excellent customer relationships. We will definitely be using Nextgen services again!
These guys are professional and honest. I highly recommend them! Tommy and his crew Lukas and Mike came out and quickly diagnose the source of a pipe leak that cause water to seep out of the expansion joints of my concrete driveway.
