Tommy and his crew Lukas and Mike came out and quickly diagnose the source of a pipe leak that cause water to seep out of the expansion joints of my concrete driveway. We have an old AC unit that has been leaking water. We called several HVAC companies in the area and were not confident with them. We finally came across NexGen and the initial customer service alone was amazing. Quick, flexible and friendly. The technician we had is named Justin who we highly recommend! Not only was he early to arrive, but he was thorough and informative. He was careful in inspecting our unit both inside the home and up on our roof. Definitely felt bad for him having to go up there under the hot sun but he remained professional and friendly the whole time. Extra points for being dog friendly to my nosey dog! Thank you Justin!
