Quality of work is excellent; response time excellent. The business model is to provide the customer with an estimate, which becomes the invoice cost, unless work exceeds the estimate. In the latter case, the customer is given a revised estimate before additional work is done. It was my sense that no downward revisions to an estimate take place.
