American Dream Services Heating and Cooling

With 4th of July a few days away and during a major heat wave, our air conditioner decided to stop working. I called on a Saturday around 7pm and was so shocked they answered. They were able to fit us into their schedule only two days later and BEFORE 4th of July which I was thrilled about. Zachary Camp was our technician and he showed up early during our scheduled time frame. He was super thorough and knowledgeable, and explained everything to us. He had the part we needed on hand and fixed the issue very quickly without it costing and arm and a leg. Zachary was extremely polite and professional and even made sure to check a vent my 5 year old decided she wanted checked ????. I highly recommend this company for anyone needing repairs. As a female home owner, I highly recommend American Dream Services. They are rockstars. My Ac started acting up at 11pm Monday night, called them as their number was listed as 24 hour. They scheduled us for 2 days which is understandable. Tuesday morning, my AC was ok. I wanted it looked at anyway, but didn’t seam to be an emergency any more. Talked to them again and rescheduled for Saturday. Tuesday night it started acting up again. Called them again. And they were able to squeeze us in Wednesday. Ricky was able to come earlier than scheduled and was very professional. He got right to work, as soon as he got up to the AC, our fan died! Perfect timing. He was able to diagnose the issue, give me a quote and got get the parts. He answered all my questions in a way that was understandable. As a female, I get nervous sometimes with service calls.
