Just wanted to share my experience with this company and its owner. I called this company looking for a possible service call on a recently installed mini split system. The owner was incredible! I mean I had so many questions and concerns and we discussed all of them for 33 mins. He took time out of his day to listen to a potential customer and I can't appreciate that more. This is what sets a company apart the details and professionalism. I can't wait to build my next project and have this company do the work this time around. Mr. Hawley you are a true professional. Had an issue with my air conditioning unit at my rental. Tenant called me on a Saturday morning of a day that was going to be in the triple digits. She has company from out of the state coming to visit the following week. I gave Ted a call and have to say this man was very knowledgeable and friendly. Told me honestly that he would put me in standby as he had a full schedule ( I can only imagine). So I called the tenant back and hoped for the best. Ted gave me a call a couple of hours later and said he had time right then to go look at it. Within 30 minutes he texted me back “ done “. Turns out a capacitor went south. He saved my tenants and myself a lot of grief. I will recommend this company to all of my friends and family. Thanks again Ted. Your awesome!!!!!!!
