Great customer service. Nice and courteous. He was on time and he answered all questions. Explained the service and gave advice going forward as new homeowners this is important to us to know the signs of a failing ac. Will use them again. Service: HVAC system maintenance

Austin Heating & Air were called out by my home warranty company in January when my heater stopped working. They replaced a control board on the system in the attic, and the heater started working again. However, fast forward to April when it started getting warm, we noticed that the AC wasn't coming on (it was blowing, but not cold air). My boyfriend got in the attic to check on the system, and noticed that one wire was completely disconnected from the control board and the lid hadn't been placed back on it. Therefore, there was no signal being sent to the AC to start up. I called Austin Heating & Air and asked them to send someone back out since their tech did not leave the system in the proper condition and didn't finish the job properly. Over the course of a week, I called numerous times to talk to a supervisor about it, but no one ever returned my calls. They told me I needed to call my home warranty company again ($75 for each claim), but I felt strongly that I did not need

Technicians diagnose the problem and fix your unit in a timely manner. Leave the work area neat and clean. Very satisfied with their work.
