My daughter called Tim yesterday (Monday) about an odor I noticed on Sunday. Even my son-in-law could smell it. LOL. Gabe arrived today (Tuesday) at 7:30am. Bless him. He checked everything and found our pan and coil were dirty (gunk). He cleaned them and home now smells great. I would have marked all of the 1st review, responsive, quality, etc. Thank you so very much. We will now have unit checked twice a year. Gabe you are AWESOME. Service: A/C system maintenance
After several interactions, I need to share the good news about Elite Air. Tim and his team have been consistently responsive and professional, and I would recommend them for your installations, repairs, and ongoing maintenance of your A/C and heating systems. Two years after installation, we had a minor issue that would normally cost around $300, however, with the long-duration labor and parts warranty (which was included, not a separate charge), we had the issue resolved the same day we called for help, with zero out of pocket cost. Also, the cost of the system that Elite installed was 40-50% lower than other quotes I received when replacing our 25 year old system a few years ago. I have zero regrets referring Tim to other friends that have had similar experiences. I was referred to Elite after they did an excellent job on a commercial install for a large building, so call them for your big commercial jobs, too. A+ and 5-stars for Tim and the Elite Team... Will never use anyone else again! We had to replace our entire A/C unit and was having issues with our heater. After receiving crazy price quotes from everyone we called.
