Grogan Mechanical did a great job had good recommendations for my 1943 home in lamont which he converted from swamp cooler to a great ac unit. The new ac unit was installed 3 years ago no issues he did stipulate change ac filter and service it. Thank u Grogan
I had a great experience with Grogan Mechanical. I submitted my claim with our home warranty company because of AC problems and they set us up with Grogan, I instantly went to check the reviews and was very pleased with what I saw. Sonia w/ Grogan called me several hours later and informed me they had an appointment open the following day which I was surprised about due to the weather right now and I said of course! I received a text saying Emanuel was en route around the time I was told he would be. He showed up and of course my AC was running fine and not shutting off like before. He stuck around for about 40 minutes waiting and as he was going to his truck to grab a temperature gun to check the temps inside, my AC shut off and he instantly knew the problem. He replaced the fan motor and has been good ever since! I'd highly recommend Grogan Mechanical!
My AC unit froze up and was not functioning at all. It would turn on but wouldn’t blow out any air. I called my home warranty company and they put me in contact with Grogan Mechanical Inc. Grogan’s response time was pleasantly quick and I was put on their schedule two day wait. The day after I was put on the schedule Grogan called and had an opening that day and I took it. Not only did they bump up my appointment but they showed up when they said they would. The service technician Chris Paredes was friendly and explained how he was going to diagnose what was going on with my AC unit. This guy was good with his process of elimination and communication with me he figured out I had a brown out kinda like a black out and that could have messed up the two units of the outside unit communicating with the inside unit. And i said I had the power go out the morning my AC stopped working. I was impressed with the knowledge and the time Chris took to diagnose. After Chris reset the AC unit we has
