Kyle LaVerne helped me with a new AC and ductwork. The process was very simple and once I committed to them, they got the work scheduled and done VERY quickly. Kyle is very much on his game and responds quickly to any questions I’ve had. I had one small hiccup on a Sunday and he had someone at my house to fix the issue within an hour and a half! Great experience with this company. My heater went out last week. I Called on a Monday around mid-day and a technician was out within 2 hours. My heater/AC system was installed in the early 90’s and was informed it was needing to be replaced. Wednesday morning their crew was on time at 8am and done by noon. No complains with personnel. Laverne and son was very professional after having a bad experience with another company. They were able to fix the installation after the previous installer left us high and dry with a bad install job. They genuinely cared and felt bad that the other installer had basically taken our money and not delivered. They were able to schedule us immediately to make sure that we had heating in the house and safe. They have gained a customer for life. Great pricing and genuinely caring people.
