Worked me in for emergency repair on a super hot day. Very professional and reasonable. My heros!

They sent someone to diagnose for AC repair. He couldn’t do anything and said that he will send someone else who is more capable. I paid $145 for diagnose and next day, they called back to say they are not sending anyone else and I need a new ac unit. I called another place and they fixed my ac and currently running fine. They just charged me $145 and disappeared. They are thieves.

I called Alber's at approximately 9:30am on 12/5/19 and Matt, alongside his assistant were at my door within an hour. My heating system was out and my elderly Mom and little Sister were freezing their behinds off.. Matt and his assistant entered my home ready to work with their tools and equipment in hand. After evaluating the control system, they went up on the roof, identified the issue and called my with a detailed explanation of what the problem was, the immediate solution, and the potential future maintenance of my unit.
