Overall, our experience with this company was satisfactory. I was very pleased with the timeliness of the service and the friendliness of the technician. However, our issue was not resolved and the owner was unwilling to refund us or send a technician out again to reevaluate. Our service was done on a Friday. We left for the weekend and came back on a Monday to plumbing issues that were way worse than they were on Friday. We tried calling DHK plumbing in an emergency as there was water coming up from the ground of the toilet. No answer (it was a holiday weekend so I understand that). Instead we called another company who came out that evening and told us we had a major root intrusion. Something DHK didn't tell us because the problem wasn't diagnosed properly. I asked for a refund or for them to come and resolve the issue, something we would be willing to pay extra for granted wanting our original payment to go towards the cost.
