Not sure why they are in Sacramento but my dashcam recorded them driving recklessly and speeding cutting people off. Wonder what kind of service would they provide then.
This morning driving on the 5 fwy s (6:57) driver with truck 2129 was driving recklessly tailgating my vehicle. When he passed me he cut me off and almost caused an accident. Carelessly he continued to drive in and out of lanes in carlsbad area. Dashcam captured his recklessness
