Cold called our business today trying to speak with the CEO of our company. Was told she could only speak to the director of operations. Got hung up on immediately. It's not likely your calls would reach the business owner directly of every single company. Owner's don't take cold calls like this. Doesn't mean you were gonna miss out on business. What guarantees you miss out on business is hanging up on me. Customer service definitely could benefit from some training. Service: Roof inspection
