We moved into an old home in San Carlos a few years ago and it had knob and tube wiring and a defunct brand of breaker panel known to cause fires. We had all sorts of electrical problems and a neighbor's house had recently had an electrical fire so we made it a priority to avoid that. We hired DeLuca to replace all the wiring, rewire every switch and receptacle, replace the breaker panel. This was a huge job and they did it with minimal interruption to our lives. I think the price was very reasonable for the amount of work, too. Years later I'm upgrading some fans and I've appreciated the attention to detail in labeling wiring and how easy it is to go into the wall and change out switches. Thank you guys. Great work at a great price. Quote was best out of 3 for installation of a Sense energy monitor. Communication through email was great, my quote was given based off of the pictures I sent of my panel. Called the morning of the appointment to check if an earlier time was available. Said yes. Then, a call or text back to say there was miscommunication with the worker who needed more time at another job. I don't see this as a negative since Dominic was prompt and clear about everything and I told him from the very beginning that we were not in a rush and not a high priority. Work was done quickly and neatly. When finished I was asked for a broom and dustpan because the electrician wanted to clean up the small dusty drywall mess. I passed since I have a small shop vac, but that was nice to offer. Electricians are highly skilled subject matter experts and really don't need to be spending their time sweeping, but I chalk that up to good customer service. He was also polite and answ
