I contacted Chris on a Monday afternoon after getting an estimate from another company to replace my furnace.I was leaving for a Thanksgiving trip the next morning. Chris came over that afternoon and had an estimate prepared that evening. His estimate for a 2 stage variable speed was over $3,600.00 less than the first company. I ordered the furnace that night. Beyond grateful for Precision Air! Our downstairs a/c started making strange noises and only blowing warm air. DJ was so kind & professional. He diagnosed the issue and replaced the part quickly. Before he left he made sure everything was working properly. Our units are 17 years old & he could’ve easily told us it was time to replace them instead of repairing. Chris offered to bring space heaters to my elderly mom who’s heater was being replaced while the unit was being ordered. Will definitely use in the future and recommend to friends!
